Andy Brill
Andy is our Praise and Worship Leader at The Grove. As a child, Andy was always that kid singing louder than any other kid in the choir. Growing up in Minnesota as a pastor's kid gave Andy a deep appreciation for the Lutheran liturgy and theology. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in music, Andy spent a couple years touring with a musical ministry team, seeing how God could touch and change lives through all kinds of music. Then Andy moved to Texas, where he met his wife, Tiffany, and continued to be involved in the music ministry at several different churches. As a regular in the praise band at St. Peter in Roanoke, Andy learned a lot about being in a praise band, how to lead a worship service, and guitar skills that prepared him for his current role at the Grove. Andy, Tiffany, and their three kids have been members of The Grove since it first began, and serving together at the Grove is one of Andy's favorite things. When not making music, Andy works as a Technology Product Owner for a financial services firm, tries to keep up with his teenagers, and smokes the occasional brisket. He is always on the lookout for new songs that speak a compelling truth and for fellow musicians who are on fire to sing them!
